How to get more space?
It is easy to increase your limit if you think this limit has been reached: you will notice this with a notification indicating that you can no longer upload data. You can try to resolve this issue by going to your Author Service Panel and looking under “Settings”. Click on “Increase limit” and confirm this action. Afterwards, you will receive a message via your Inbox (for Box Mail) that the changes you made have been applied. You saw a number of options in the form, including “Increase my limit”, “Increase my limit with available providers”, and “Delete partial files”. With the first, your limit will be increased by another 250 MB. With the second, an attempt will be made to increase your limit via one or more available providers. By default, this increased limit is set at an additional 550 MB. Your files will be created on the available servers and stored for as long as you deem necessary.
